Baytown: This retail shopping center space had been experiencing continuous leaks throughout for months. Both the tenant and the owner were frustrated by prior companies failure to address leaks despite numerous attempts. A complete photographic inspection report was provided to the owner showing the defects found. A proposal was made to perform repairs to defects and a complete silicone coating system to encompass the entire space.
This roof was dirty! Defects found were failing seams with improper repairs, membrane degradation in areas, multiple punctures, dirt accumulation, and improper repairs.
Roof was cleared of all debris and powerwashed. What a difference! Repairs were made to defects in the roof and prior poor workmanship was rectified.
Repaired area was given a full silicone coating system that extended beyond the affected tenants space. This space is now entirely covered under a Roof Guard warranty.

Super 8 Motel: This hotel had an aging shingle roof that was failing and also unattractive. The owner wanted to go back with a system that would perform for many years and would help his hotel stand out for travelers over the many other hotels in the area.
This shingle roof was at the end of its life. Extensive repairs had been performed and would continue. The owner was provided a comprehensive photographic inspection report that made the choice clear to reroof rather than continue futile repairs.
